Trouble falling asleep? NightWave worked for us!

We get a ton of sample ‘sleep improvement’ products here at WakeMate from companies wanting to spread their brand. It’s actually a lot of fun to try them all out, and when we find one that we like, we share it with you guys. This time we found one to help everyone out there who has trouble falling asleep.

It’s called the NightWave, and the concept behind it is pretty simple; conscious, deep breathing will relax your body, quiet your might, and can help activate your body’s natural sleep hormones. NightWave claims that by doing this, you will be able to fall asleep more quickly and sleep more soundly. The NightWave casts a relaxing hue on your bedroom ceiling or wall, you sync your breathing with the slowly pulsing light and bam! you are asleep before you know it. While it sounds simple, it really worked for me.

The global average of time to fall asleep for our users is 15 minutes. Mine has been particularly bad the past few weeks at 20 minutes (start-ups are stressful). I used the NightWave for 2 weeks on its standard 7 minute setting, synced my breathing with the pulsing light and I never made it to the end of the 7 minutes. Below is the comparison of my tags:

So if you find yourself tossing and turning at night, the NightWave could be the answer for you!
